CSI Technologies is an Independent Engineering Consulting and Software Development Company. We specifically use Microsoft developer tools including Visual Basic, C# and C++ and Visual Studio 2005/2008. We provide services to create database access, and custom Client Server and Web Based applications. For further information please contact CSI Technical Support.

CSI Technologies offers experience in the design, development and deployment of applications for both Nuclear and Fossil fuel Power plants. Applications developed by CSI Technologies are in use in both public and private Power Utilities, including Fortune 500 companies. With particular expertise design and development of Engineering data access components using SQL Server 2005 and Server 2008, CSI Technologies offers consulting, design, development, deployment and support services for desktop, networked and Web-based applications. CSI Technologies combines infrastructure services, packaged applications, and custom Microsoft software development to support very targeted business problems faced by Utilities around the world.

Our newest product expected to be released in mid-late 2009 will be BP Manager which will include the technical architecture and development of a Visual Studio 2008 C# web based product to manage information pertaining to Buried Piping based on internal and external engineering guidelines including “Recommendations for an Effective Program to Control the Degradation of Buried Pipe” [8.1].  Section 1.4.3.  This product will require Internet Explorer 7.0 or above.

The application allows access to Buried Piping data from any internet connected computer with secure internet data storage and retrieval using SQL Server 2005.

The Risk Ranking function of BP Manager will be developed in C# to allow calculation of a “general risk ranking”.

We are also developing a Web based Visual Studio 2008 C++ application that will dynamically draw 3D isometrics from directional cosine data to give the engineer a graphical interface to manage their component inspections for multiple applications including FAC Manager, Raw Water and Buried Piping.

We have locations in Chicago and Raleigh, and serve clients across North America.  For more information, please call us at 847/836-3000 or contact us by email.
